Where are my projects?

Projects save automatically. Each one is a .massketch file in Files → On My iPad → Massketch → Projects. To move a project to another iPad, AirDrop the file and tap it to open.

How do I get perfect 90° corners?

Draw the outline and keep the Apple Pencil on the screen at the end of the stroke — every corner becomes square.

How do I rotate exactly by 45°?

Rotate with the pencil and rest a finger of the other hand on the screen — rotation snaps in 45° steps and the angle label turns pink.

How do I cancel the subscription?

iPad Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Massketch → Cancel Subscription. In the app: Settings → Massketch Pro → Manage subscription.

I bought Pro but features are locked

Settings → Massketch Pro → Restore purchases. Make sure you are signed in with the same Apple ID.

City context does not load

Buildings, terrain and imagery come from the internet: check the connection (Settings → Storage → Check map services). Imagery reloads each time you open a project.

How do I open volumes in Rhino or AutoCAD?

Export → Rhino (.3dm) or AutoCAD (.dxf). In .3dm, volumes are NURBS solids, courtyards are openings, facades are on separate layers.
